Helen Kennedy Massage combines traditional massage modalities of Relaxation and Deep Tissue with Hot Stone Therapy, Aromatherapy Massage and Natural Face Therapy to offer a treatment which is perfect for you.
Massage can help alleviate everyday aches and pains and combined with other therapies, it can really aid the body to de-stress and rejuvenate.
Helen has a particular interest in pregnancy massage and has undertaken specific training and tailored a treatment to respond to the particular needs of a pregnant woman.
As our health and well-being is affected by our environment, Helen belives that a holistic approach to your treatment is important. All treatments at Helen Kennedy Massage use Tri Nature environmentally responsible products and are powered by 100% GreenPower.
